Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on the same business day, though same-day shipping is not guaranteed. If same-day shipping is not possible, your order will ship by the next business day.

Domestic orders are typically shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, unless another method is requested. Expedited shipping options are available; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight-related fees. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

⚠️ Heat-Sensitive Shipping Policy
Heat-sensitive items (such as chocolates) require 2-Day Shipping and ship Monday–Wednesday only with insulation and ice packs included. If ground shipping is selected, we will automatically upgrade to 2-Day and send an additional invoice. Orders will not ship until the invoice is paid.

    Delta‑8 THC is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp-derived cannabinoids containing less than 0.3% Delta‑9 THC. However, state laws vary. We do not ship Delta‑8 products to the following states:

    Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.

    THCa products cannot be shipped to the following states per state guidelines:

    Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island

    Orders placed to these states will be canceled and refunded. Customers are responsible for any applicable state or local vape taxes.
