Chocolate products require special handling to arrive in good condition. Please read before ordering.

Chocolate ships separately. All chocolate orders ship separately from the rest of your order and may arrive in a different shipment. Insulation and ice packs are included at no extra charge.

Shipping days are Monday through Wednesday only. This prevents orders from sitting in transit over the weekend, where temperature control is harder to guarantee.

Shipping speed matters. Chocolate is heat-sensitive and can melt in transit during warm weather. If you select ground shipping or anything slower than 2-day shipping, the melted product will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. To keep your order covered, select 2-day or faster shipping at checkout.
