Refund Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized in advance. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender. Once approved, items must be shipped back within seven (7) days of authorization.
Each return is assessed individually, and a 20% restocking fee applies. For any refused or undeliverable orders, a 20% restocking fee will be charged in addition to return shipping costs.
Damages and Order Issues
We stand behind our shipments and will always work to correct any issues with your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately. Damaged or missing items must be reported within three (3) business days so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and compliance reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Open or partially used packages of any product

Perishable items requiring temperature control (e.g., edibles with chocolate)

Clearance or sale items

Gift cards
Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue replacements for expired products, unless the product was already expired at the time you received it.
Condition of Returned Products
All authorized returns must be in sellable condition. Products must be unopened, with original packaging intact — no price stickers, labels, writing, or torn packaging will be accepted.
Refunds
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
