Important: Chocolate Shipping Policy

Because chocolate is heat-sensitive, 2-day or next-day shipping is required to ensure your order arrives in good condition. Please note that products travel through various transit environments and warehouse facilities beyond our control, regardless of your local weather.

Chocolate orders shipped via ground are not eligible for replacement or refund. Ground shipping is available at checkout, but you assume all risk if you select this option.

Chocolate orders ship separately from other items and may arrive in a different package. Insulation and ice packs are included at no extra cost. Each order requires a minimum of 10 units.

We ship chocolate orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed on Thursday or later will ship the following Monday.
